Moa’s Ark Research has undertaken ecological research on a diverse range of topics including seed dispersal, weed ecology, threatened plants, animal movements, and pest mammal impacts on plant regeneration. We have field experience in ecosystems ranging from forests to dryland river floodplains. Moa’s Ark Research Principal Ecologist Dr Debra Wotton has extensive experience working in threatened ecosystems, including shingle beaches, highly leached terraces, limestone, braided rivers, and stony beach ridges.
